DexPad and PhotonSwap upgrade their marketing capabilities
Dear DexPad and PhotonSwap users,
We are glad to announce that a deal has been struck in regards to our marketing and media presence that will improve our current communication within and without the existing community.
Having taken into consideration that we’re growing beyond the limits imposed by our original team specialized in tech development, we have made the decision to better serve our community by making a deal with unDeFined Media for the management of our communication channels.
On a practical level, an entire new set of operations is added to DexPad and PhotonSwap. Upgraded social media management, community management and market outreach with care for branding and design will serve as the foundation for an increased level of transparency and communication between the developing team and the supporting community, as well as for further efforts being made to increase our existing user base.
As the beginning of more interaction and communication between the community and the developers, we also would like to take this announcement as an opportunity to state that on Friday 31st at 13:00 UTC we will host an internal, AMA-style interview with the development team where some of the community’s most important messages and questions can be directly addressed.
On top of more internal communication, we expect to start running different exciting competitions on social media channels to reward our most talented community members depending on different metrics. Examples are are trading competitions, video competitions and meme competitions.
Last but not least, visual media such as stickers and more graphical support will be added progressively to our website and other documents to increase ease of experience.
